What can be achieved using 2D and SameSpots.
ProteoRed multi-lab 2DE reproducibility study showed Inter-lab
technical reproducibility of CV’s < 20% for top 30 differentially expressed proteins
across 8 labs.
Independent research published in the Journal of Proteome Research
validated the workflow driven approach to 2D DIGE gel image analysis using
