Software Upgrades & Updates
All customers with a support subscription are entitled to software
upgrades for the products they own.
Continuing product development
We continue to develop all our products. We draw on customer requests and suggestions to do so.
Please tell us your ideas and report any bugs you find. We will contact you when we next release the
software.
Operating System upgrades & changes
We ensure our software continues to work with the latest Windows Operating System changes, such as:
- Major upgrades (e.g. Vista to Windows 7)
- Patches ('service packs')
- Windows Update downloads
When a new version is released we will contact you directly and inform you of the
changes that have been implemented and where to download it from.
Support subscription lapsed?
If your support subscription has lapsed, you can upgrade your product to the latest version (which
includes a one year support subscription). We offer discounts for previous customers. Please complete
our order now page, and we will send you a quote. Tell us you have an previous
copy of the software to qualify for the discount.
