First year's subscription includedAll software bought direct from us includes a one year support subscription. An additional two years is available at time of purchase for 15% of list price of the product. Unlimited email and telephone supportYou communicate directly with the people who develop our products - we do not pass you to a call centre. Free software upgrades - for fixes and Operating System upgradesWe provide free upgrades for any software fixes and when the Windows Operating System changes (from Vista to Windows 7 for example). See our software upgrade policy for more information. Further licences & usersWe offer discounts of up to 50% to customers with a support supscription when purchasing further licences for products they already own. Please complete the order now page, and we will send you a quote. Continued supportOnce your current support subscription finishes you can renew it for a futher year (only 15% of list price), or for 3 further years (30% of list price).
