First year's subscription included

All software bought direct from us includes a one year support subscription. An additional two years is available at time of purchase for 15% of list price of the product.

Unlimited email and telephone support

You communicate directly with the people who develop our products - we do not pass you to a call centre. Any issues are resolved promptly and any suggestions for new features or improvements are added to our product development road map. Click here to contact us now.

Free software upgrades - for fixes and Operating System upgrades

We provide free upgrades for any software fixes and when the Windows Operating System changes (from Vista to Windows 7 for example). See our software upgrade policy for more information.

Further licences & users

We offer discounts of up to 50% to customers with a support supscription when purchasing further licences for products they already own. Please complete the order now page, and we will send you a quote.

Continued support

Once your current support subscription finishes you can renew it for a futher year (only 15% of list price), or for 3 further years (30% of list price).

If your subscription has expired, purchasing an upgrade to the latest version of your product will include another years support subscription. See our software upgrade policy for more information.
