When will my order be dispatched?

Orders paid for by credit card are usually dispatched within one working day. Orders paid for by bank transfer or cheque will be dispatched within one working day of the funds clearing in our bank account.

Who do we ship with?

We normally use UPS or DHL for shipping.

Can I have my order sooner?

It may be possible to ship your goods to you sooner. Please contact us to arrange. This may incur additional shipping charges.

Can I have a quote?

Prices are exclusive of VAT, other local taxes, packaging and delivery.

For orders within the EU, please provide your VAT number, or a copy of your VAT exemption certificate.
